Crash Cushion System II
Crash Cushion System II (CCS II) is engineered to protect vehicle occupants in cars weighing between 900 kg and 1500 kg from roadside hazards.
The Crash Cushion System II has been tested in Europe as a re-directive crash cushion for speeds up to 100 km/h, in accordance with the EN 1317-3 standard. To meet the full definition of a system-type tested crash cushion, the CCS II has also been tested at 110 km/h, 80 km/h, and 50 km/h.
EN 1317-3 Compliant: The CCS II is a re-directive, bi-directional, non-gating, impact-absorbing crash cushion compliant with EN 1317-3 standards.
Durable Construction: Made from galvanized steel for enhanced durability and long-term performance. And also available with powder coating if required in some part of the world.
Versatile Protection: The EN 1317-3 family of crash cushions offers a wide range of impact protection solutions for various hazards and speed conditions, while sharing most common components for simplified maintenance and logistics.
“The CCS II Traffic Impact Attenuator System has been successfully deployed in multiple countries, including Italy, Malaysia, Thailand, India, the United Arab Emirates, and the Republic of Korea, consistently demonstrating excellent performance and compliance with safety standards.”
