We supply road safety products, industrial PPE, workwear, and turnkey safety solutions.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided on our website. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing updates or supplier changes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and duties.
Payments must be made through approved modes (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, LC for exports).
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on order size, customization, and location.
International shipments may require additional documentation (customs, duties, certifications).
Dhawal Safety India is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Claims must be raised within 7 working days of delivery.
Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

6. Warranties & Liabilities

Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties.
We do not guarantee misuse, wear & tear, or third-party damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

7. User Obligations

Customers must provide accurate billing/shipping details.
Use products only as per instructions, safety guidelines, and standards.
Refrain from reselling products under false representation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, texts, graphics, product images) belongs to Dhawal Safety India.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

We comply with EN, IS, CE, ANSI, and ISO standards.
Customers must ensure local compliance before resale or use in their jurisdiction.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or supply chain disruptions.
